Zimbabwean born Florence is an accomplished cook who has been making preserves and sauces since the early Nineties. Florence has always been exceptional at catering, and she has worked in the industry for long parts of career. The idea to make pickles and preserves came from her love of food and her experience of preparing tasty dishes for a large family on a modest budget.
AUNTIE FLO HISTORY
After years of just making preserves for her family, Florence read a 2012 article about the success of a similar enterprise. This gave her the belief to follow her dreams and go for it. That was the beginning of Athaliha Foods Ltd. The company then went on to launch the Auntie Flo's range, which was the realisation of a long held ambition to share Florence’s way of making delicious family food.
